Alteus was born and raised in the slums outside the Bluezone, where he learned the ropes of survival and hustling at a very young age. He was a member of the Brotherhood of the Leaping Frog, one of the most notorious and feared gangs in the Golden Bay barrios.
Also known as Simon Lyons, Alteus was the son of a notorious slumlord from Golden Bay. His father’s pseudo was originally Alteus, killed during a Department 5 raid on the West Shore. Lyons took up his father’s pseudo and position as regent within Leaping Frog. Alteus was born and raised in the slums outside the Bluezone, where he learned the ropes of survival and hustling at a very young age. He was a member of the Brotherhood of the Leaping Frog, one of the most notorious and feared gangs in the Golden Bay barrios. Alteus quickly climbed the ranks of the Brotherhood due mostly to his father’s legacy. Just like his father, he too was ruthless in nature and possessed a cunning mind. He became a senior member of the gang, responsible for managing their illegal activities in the slums, including drug trafficking, prostitution, and protection rackets operations inside the Bluezone Protectorate. Alteus earned a reputation as a cunning and feared Slumlord at a young age, who would do whatever it took to protect his turf and his power. He became known for his violent and cruel methods, and his enemies took great care to avoid crossing him. When the Brotherhood received a mission to infiltrate an influential corporation operating in the Bluezone, they turned to Alteus to take on the task.
Alteus was given the Bluezone identity of Simon Lyons, a wealthy businessman with interests in the Golden and West Quay corporation. He quickly adapted to his new role, blending into the corporate world and gaining the trust of key figures within the company. As Simon Lyons, Alteus leveraged his connections and knowledge of the Brotherhood’s operations to assist in the takeover of the Aztechno corporation. He played a pivotal role in the Brotherhood’s success, earning the respect and trust of his fellow members.
As a result of his mission, Alteus became an even more valuable asset to the Brotherhood, further entrenching himself in their ranks. Despite his success as Simon Lyons, Alteus never forgot his roots in the slums. Before his death, which appears to have been an assassination, Alteus was due to be married to a peer going by the pseudo, Atomica.
