The official voucher system for the novel “The Blood Ring”
Dendro (DEN) is an Ethereum-based token issued by the author of “The Blood Ring.” Holders of the token are entitled to trade the Dendro for any official content or content-related product offered by Bill Kandiliotis.
These tokens can be used as vouchers to access the following content released by the Author – Printed or electronic versions of books and games, and any official merchandise related to books released by the Author.
Crypto Wallet Book (CWB)
Each CWB edition of the eBook will contain a unique Ethereum Wallet with both public and private keys. This will be used for future airdropping of tokens distributed by the author.
These CWB’s are not designed to be used as normal wallets, they are intended to individualise each book and to facilitate the distribution of tokens to fans and readers as vouchers to buy new content or merchandise. This will work similarly and in conjunction with a mailing list.

The value of the Dendro will be determined by the maximum fiat price of the electronic book version of “The Blood Ring”.
1 x DEN will equal 1 x eBook (R.R.P. Approx. AU$1 worth of Ether).
If the value of the DEN increases on external markets, denominations of the Dendro will apply. If the value of the DEN decreases below the recommended retail price of the book, the author will still honour the trade. 1 x Dendro will always be worth 1 x ebook. This is the floor value of the DEN.
Future of the Dendro
The author’s intention is to build a content ecosystem where each novel has its own unique token-based voucher. A limit of 100,000 tokens will be the baseline for new releases. Short stories and collections will not be issued with a token. Sequels, series or novels set in an existing paracosm will share the token of the original novel.
The author will also work towards the development of games that will utilise these official tokens. Projects in development include trading cards and virtual board games.
Disclaimer
The Dendro Token is limited to the functions of a voucher as stated above. It does not extend to the holder any right or shares to copyrighted content created by the author. Token holders will not be able to redeem the Dendro for books at any third-party retailers such as Amazon and Smashwords. Crypto Wallet Book versions of the novel will not be available at third-party retailers.
