Fear and Loathing of the AI Slop

This deep-seated reluctance to embrace disruptive tools is far from new. Throughout the last fifty years, groundbreaking technologies that are now considered foundational to modern art forms were initially met with fierce skepticism, outright resistance, and claims of "cheating." We see this pattern clearly in two major creative revolutions: the electric shift brought on by synthesizers in music and the digital leap triggered by computer-generated imagery (CGI) in film.
